The standard review takes 2–7 business days from the moment your documents are submitted. You can track each step in real time through the Analysis tab. The exact duration depends on the volume of verifications required for your profile.
Your balance of $2,800.00 is held under a security review to ensure all transactions comply with our verification protocols. Once the analysis is complete, the funds are released — unless any discrepancies are found during the review.
You'll need to upload: (1) a valid government-issued ID — passport or driver's license; (2) a proof of address — utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months; and (3) a selfie holding your ID for facial confirmation. All documents must be clear, legible, and in color.
If the analysis identifies inconsistencies — such as mismatched name, expired document, or suspicious activity — the withdrawal is denied and the balance remains unreleased. You'll receive a detailed list of reasons on the Analysis tab. Unfortunately, denied decisions are final as they follow our security and compliance policy.
Open the Analysis tab from the bottom navigation. You'll see a live progress bar, your current day in the 2–7 day window, and a detailed timeline showing each verification step completed — plus what's being analyzed right now.
